The room sported comfortable beds, ensuring a restful sleep after long days. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel and found the washroom to be well-maintained. Proximity to Al Haram made it convenient, with golf carts available for easy transport, though at times I felt the wait could be lengthy. Staff members accompanying the golf carts were friendly. However, I experienced issues with room service. they seemed unresponsive when I called for assistance, and the intercom was out of order during my stay. The location was somewhat remote, making it challenging to access the main road without hassle during peak times. Overall, the hotel delivered good value for money, but there are definitely areas needing attention for a smoother experience.

Comfortable stay with some hiccups

The modern and clean hotel provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff. The golf cart service made it convenient to get to the main road, especially after long days. Sharing laughs with the drivers made the journey even more enjoyable.

The tight, steep road can be a hassle, especially with buses blocking access!!! A more frequent golf cart service to the main road during busy times would make it much less stressful for guests!!! Even a clearer path would help!!!

during my stay, I enjoyed the short walk to the Abraj Al-Bait Towers and took in the stunning views at the nearby Safa Hill, which made my weekends in the city truly memorable and refreshing.

The local sweets were a hit! Found some incredible baklava and a date shop that you can't miss. Plus, golf carts made getting close to Al Haram a breeze from the hotel.

On the flip side, we ran into some hiccups. The room was tiny, and it felt like a challenge to get around with our luggage. Couldn’t even get some toilet tissue after multiple calls—yikes!
